I just woke up, and I haven't eaten breakfast, yet here I am...
1. FBI. Gosh, they look so good in black suits.
2. I love how they did the badge shove in complete unison. Aw.
3. Aw. Ronald. Reminds me a lot of Hurley. The roundness, hair, the enthusiasm, the flailing. "Not just a robot, more like a...a mandroid!"
4. Sam is great as a FBI agent. Yeah, it is "creepy how good of a fed you is."
5. Gosh, security people this time. They really are good at role-playing. You think John sent them for acting classes? Heh.
6. "I like him. He says 'okie-dokie.'"
7. "Dean, we're supposed to be looking for eyes." "I'm getting there."
8. "Just don't shoot anybody, especially us."
9. "I ain't talking to you! I don't like you!" Hahaha. And I thought everybody loves Sam.
10. Hahahaha. Sherri is totally fangirling Dean!
11. The brothers seem to be quite the experts at bank-robbing.
12. Oh crap. Poor Ron. *sighs*
13. Yes, Dean, you're so screwed.
14. That ringtone again! Love it!
15. Meet Special AgentAlexander Mahone Victor Henriksen.
16. "Bonnie to your Clyde." Sammy = Bonnie. Heehee.
17. "You got no right talking about my Dad like that. He was a hero."
18. "You don't know these Winchesters. They're dangerous, smart, and expertly trained." Oh yeah. Oh hell yeah.
19. Shapeshifters faint?
20. Ooh. Smart. Very smart, but not as smart as Sammy.
21. Sam taking down 2 armed SWAT guys. Whoa. Awesome.
22. Ew. Skin.
23. Ha! I called that. I knew it!
24. "We're so screwed."
Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Low on the scare factor, awesome on every other factor. But...
Sammy. What is wrong with you? Through the series, he was always established as the people's favorite, with his puppy dog eyes and everything, as directly stated by Dean in Scarecrow. But this time, he got on the bad side of Ronald. Dean is definitely not alone in thinking Sam was mean to Ronald. He used to be very concerned with people's emotional well-being, and was always stopping Dean from saying the wrong insensitive things. Now he's the one delivering the insensitive lines. Come on, you tell a guy who had been obsessing with something that it isn't true and you expect the guy to just take it as it is? And the cold hard way Sam talked to him didn't help. No, I'm not saying Sam pushed him and caused his death. He ultimately meant well. "Better to stay in the dark, and stay alive." There was just a slight shift of prospective. Instead of caring more about feelings, Sam now just wants to save lives, just the physical being, keep them out of harm's way. What does this mean? I don't know. I just don't like the idea of Sam detaching himself from emotions like that. Definitely doesn't bode well.
And John. Last week, he was an ass. Now he's a hero. Nothing wrong with that. Dean has always worshipped his father. He was just angry and frustrated at the burden that was thrown at him from out of nowhere. Last week, a lot of people went "Yeah! Finally he acknowledged that John was a lousy father!". Nah, I don't think Dean honestly meant that 'ass' part, as we saw in this episode where John was deemed a 'hero'. I don't think John was a bad father, especially now that we know about the secret. While I don't quite see him as a hero as Dean does, John was definitely trying his best to protect his family. Ultimately, everything he had ever done was for his family. I even have an essay on this whole issue, but I don't have the guts to post it yet. Well. Point is, don't bash John, okay?
And yes, they are so screwed. I would love to see how the agent thing plays out. Ha! Bad Winchester boys, you guys are in deep shit.
Okay, yeah, nothing more to say about this episode. Just plain awesomeness.
And damnit, the torrent for next week's episode better be up faster than this week. And I need to go eat something. But before that, the boys and their disguises...

The disguises! I was all excited about the trench coats after seeing the director's cuts, but it was the S.W.A.T. uniforms that really did me in. : )
The brothers seem to be quite the experts at bank-robbing. ~ Yes, yes they do. Actually, just today I was thinking about the fact that this is one of the reasons both of the boys are so damn hot to me. They are both almost built to go much darker than they ever allow themselves to go. And then I was attacked by a massive plot bunny that is going to drive me insane until I decide to write it.
Here's my review if you want to read it:
10 favorite things about the episode, instead of the usual 5

Hmmm. You're right, they are truly capable of these kinda things, skill-wise. That sounds like a good plot bunny, better do something about it! =)

Instead of caring more about feelings, Sam now just wants to save lives, just the physical being, keep them out of harm's way. What does this mean? i sort of immediately connected it to his desperation in "playthings", the whole 'if i don't save people i can't save myself' thing. but when he thinks of it like that, it turns into a calculating, dehumanizing, probably ultimately worthless 'job'. it breaks my heart to imagine Sam going down this road, but i'm sure it'd make for fabulous tv. hee.
about John - there's no question about that. Dean thinks of his father as a person, more than a sum or balance of his good points and bad points. Dean calls his dad an ass, but places it in its proper context - 'no one lays that kind of crap on their kids', meaning not 'no one should be such an utter failure at raising children' but 'no one ought to tell their older son that if he can't save their younger son he'll have to kill him'. i see the distinction, at least.

It turns into a calculating, dehumanizing, probably ultimately worthless 'job'. *sighs* It's utterly heartbreaking. I suppose this itself is one form of evil. =/
That comment about John, so true. Thank you.

And got himself killed. :/ Yeah Sam was not totally himself.:/

And you got me really interested at the mention of an essay on John, now I'm dying to read it! I really like the guy, I don't think he is a hero too but he did try the best he could to raise his children. Of course he made mistakes but he's human and most certainly he meant only well for Sam&Dean.
Please please please post it ♥

I really like what you said about Sam. Instead of caring more about feelings, Sam now just wants to save lives, just the physical being, keep them out of harm's way. I think that captures what was happening in the episode and it's so sad 'cos Sam used to care so much about the people. Oh btw I loved that little scene when Dean looks sad that Ronald died and he starts talking to him! Ugh this episode depressed me actually. I mean it was awesome but it just showed again what awful lives they have. I guess they do still have each other but it's not that great when Dean possibly has to kill Sam.
Oh youre writing an essay? Sounds interesting.

Yeah, it was quite depressing for the boys, especially the last scene with them sitting in the car and realizing that reality has caught up with them. And there's also poor Ron. *sighs*
