Summary: When Ron Weasley hexed Draco Malfoy, no one expected it to go wrong and cause Malfoy to suffer from amnesia. No one expected Dumbledore to refuse to restore him. And Hermione Granger never expected herself to have to look after Malfoy. Never.
The title is a little bit funny, but I like it. It's from the song by Jimmy Eat World, though the story has nothing to be with the song. Erm.
And along with it, I've done a Draco/Hermione fanmix, Never Meant To Be, ( here ).

AW and dude, we dont have to do that 6 hours community thing but im glad you had a good time doing it though and that kids thing, i totally get because kids hate me. Worst news is im covering for a friend and babysitting next weekend, ah no! LOL
You made me feel bad..but sometimes i have thoughts about those kinds of things too, how many people care about others? But yeah people are busy and it is hard and we do give as much as we can, well most, the only proud thing i am of is doing a hike every year..eek!

But never mind. Hmph. Let's see. First, thanks for the review! I love the fic myself too. Grinning away like an idiot as I wrote it. =) I have big plans for this one!
Next, ha, kids. Well, I ought to be good with them. All my cousins' are older than me and they've all gotten married and have lots of kids. Two of my cousins got three kids each, so that's six in total. Their ages range from 3 to 14. And every New Year and other gatherings, I have to look after them, the younger ones at least. It's fun, but can be rather scary. I play with them, you know, let them jump around on beds and stuff. But if they fall and hit their heads or something, they start bawling and my cousins come in, and I feel really bad and irresponsible. But at other times, they're a bundle of joy.
Okay, this is turning into another rant.
Did I mention this one time I had to go to this childcare centre to help out? And we were playing this extended game of rock paper scissors, and I saw this girl standing at one corner so I went to her and asked if she knew how to play. I wasn't expecting her to not know how to play, but she said no. And I just kinda stared at her for a while. How do you teach someone to play rock paper scissors? Heck, I don't even remember how I was taught. This teacher overheard us and stepped in. I felt like a total imbecile. Ha.
Anyway, I'm getting totally off track here. Hope you have fun with babysitting!
Another thing, you love Tegan & Sara, don't you? I love them too, but I couldn't get my hands on the albums. I have 11 of their songs on my mp3 though, and it's great. What is your fav song?

Ha i have looked after kids a bit like you but am the youngest in my family, the only kids i've looked after are some distant family members or maybe some of my mum's friends kids. Some kids love me, others don't LOL.
Aw no, that was sweet what you did and i know what you mean about teaching and that kind of thing, helping someone is so hard sometimes. Ha thankyou very much..my friends have told me to be fun but firm ha!

I like the way the story is going so far and I hope, hope that it will continue to be updated on a regular basis. I like premise of the fic but I hope we get a little bit of background on your fanon setting.
It's a wonderufl and promising start! I look forward to reading it in the future. :)
