Well, to be honest, Fang wasn't really uptight, she's just kinda neurotic. Seriously. =D I take it you're not in her class? You should talk to someone who's in her class. We all love her, but she can be really crazy at times. I know my class had a class gathering with her just a few weeks ago, but I wasn't free to go.
