Oh you should use VLC player (http://www.videolan.org/). It's a video player that allows you to capture screencaps very easily. It's a light program, and really easy to use.

Damn, I really want the brothers to open up and not hide things from each other, but then again, if they did, they won't be the Winchesters. Hee.
